About the founder
Justin Hernandez is a supervisor at Pratt & Whitney. This is only after having dropped out of college to pursue an alternate path. Through many struggles in life, he has gone to great lengths to do things his own way and leads through a consistent example of hard work and dedication. Beyond all else, his goal is to lead and guide others through thoughtful communication and transparent direction based off of his own experiences.
